SUGAR -300GM
FRAMBOISE[STRAWBERRY-LADYFRUIT] - AS REQUIRED
GELATINE -20 LEAF

METHOD :

MIX WHIPPING CREAM AND SUGAR IN THE MACHINE BOWL
AFTER GETTING A PEAK FORM ADD LADYFRUIT{STRAWBERRY} ,UNTIL THE STAWBERRY COLOUR IS COMING.
ATLAST ADD THE MELTED GELATINE.
HOW TO PUT: * THE ABOVE MIXTURE ,USE TO PUT IN THE ROUND SILPAT WITH A SPONGE BASE
AND THE SIDE DECORATED WITH JACONDE BISCUIT.
* SLICED FRESH STRAWBERRRY ,CAN ALSO BE ADDED.
* ATLAST PUT IN FREEZER FOR GOOD RESULT.
