COCONUT FLAVOURED LIQUEUR -2 TABLESPOON
FLAKED COCONUT, TOASTED - 10 GM
METHOD:
PEEL AND CORE PINEAPPLE;SLICE THINLY
DIVIDE PINEAPPLE AMONG SERVING DISHES;DRIZZLE WITH PASSIONFRUIT AND LIQUEUR,SPRINKLE WITH COCONUT.
TIPS:
WE CAN USE MALIBU IN THIS RECIPE,BUT YOU CAN USE ANY RUM-BASED COCONUT -FLAVOURED LIQUEUR.
