METHOD:

MELT BUTTER IN PAN ;COOK SUGAR AND MANDARINS,STIRRING,UNTIL SUGAR DISSOLVES AND MANDARINS SOFTEN SLIGHTLY

DIVIDE ICE- CREAM AMONG SERVING BOWLS;TOP WITH WARM MANDARIN MIXTURE.
