BUTTER CREAM:

INGREDIANTS :

BUTTER : 4 KG

SUGAR :I KG

EGG WHITES : 1 KG

SUGAR[MELTED BUTTER] :1 KG

METHOD:

MIX BUTTER IN THE MACHINE .

AFTER ADD THE MERINGUE [SUGAR AND EGG WHITES]

ATLAST ADD THE MELTED SUGAR TO THE ABOVE MIXTURE SLOWLY
