WHIPPING CREAM -2 LITRE
WHIPPED CREAM[LIQUID FORM] - 5 LITRE
WATER - 400GM
GELATINE -10 PIECE
GLUCOSE -600GM
METHOD:
BOIL CREAM ,AFTER ADD CHOCOLATE AND STIR
AFTER WHIPPED CREAM THEN ADD WATER AND GLUCOSE
ATLAST ADD GELATINE
