EASY PASSIONFRUIT COCONUT TART:
INGREDIANTS:
DESSICATED COCONUT -90 GM
CASTER SUGAR - 165 GM
PLAIN FLOUR -75 GM
EGGS,BEATEN LIGHTLY - 4 NO.
MILK - 330 ML
BUTTER ,MELTED - 125 GM
PASSIONFRUIT PULP - 125 ML
LEMON JUICE - 1 TABLESPOON
ICING SUGAR MIXTURE - 2 TABLESPOON
METHOD:
PREHEAT OVEN TO MODERATE .GREASE 24 CM PIE DISH.
COMBINE COCONUT ,SUGAR AND FLOUR IN LARGE JUG;STIR IN COMBINED EGG,MILK,BUTTER,PASSIONFRUIT AND JUICE.
POUR MIXTURE INTO PREPARED DISH.BAKE ,UNCOVERED ,IN MODERATE OVEN ABOUT 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL SET;COOL IN DISH.SERVE TART DUSTED WITH SIFTED ICING SUGAR.
