LEMON MOUSSE:

INGREDIANTS:

EGGYOLK : 5O NO..

SUGAR : 800GM

CREAM : 5 LITRE

LEMON JUICE : 300GM

GELATINE : 50 GM

METHOD:

BEAT EGGYOLK AND SUGAR IN A MACHINE BOWL

THEN ADD CREAM TO THE MIXTURE ,AS FOLLOWS THE LEMON JUICE ALSO.ATLAST ADD GELATINE.
