CORNFLOUR -125GM
METHOD:
BOIL MILK,SUGAR AND BUTTER
AFTER ADD EGGYOLK AND CORNFLOUR
THEN, PUT PASTRY CREAM IN A SMALL SILPAT
AND KEEP IN FREEZER FOR 15MIN.AFTER DIP IN EGGWHITE AND BREADCRUMBS
AFTER FRY TO GET A GOLDEN COLOUR
