PANNA COTTA:
INGREDIANTS:
WHIPPING CREAM - 1 LITRE
SUGAR -600GM
VANILLA STICK -1 PIECE
GELATINE -18 LEAF
METHOD :
BOIL CREAM ,SUGAR AND VANILLA STICK TOGETHER.
AFTER LEAVE THE MIXTURE FOR COOLING ,.THEN ADD MELTED
GELATINE. THEN PUT IN SILPAT AND KEEP IN FREEZER .
